Deep knowledge of disease pathogenesis facilitates diagnosis even with a trivial amount of data and improves the design of clinical research to discover the appropriate cure. Underdiagnosis and undefined clinical predictions characterize nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

Lipids are among the most important biomolecules, as major components of membranes with crucial tasks in energy distribution and the regulation of extra- and intracellular signaling processes.

Dysregulation of lipid composition in hepatocytes accumulate toxic lipids, and lipotoxicity contributes to the mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammation and deficient liver regeneration that are commonly found in NAFLD.

Most challenges inherent to the analytical, technology-driven discipline of lipidomics may be circumvented, but difficulties in research and the tools for proper management must be identified.

Lipids are prone to oxidation and hydrolysis. Immediate sample processing should be considered, but in clinical research, the procedure is generally not feasible. 

Datasets are acquired over days or weeks, increasing the likelihood for multiple batches and systematic errors.

 
Several software tools have been developed to aid in standardizing and automating the removal of systematic error that work in most lipidomics workflows.

 
In lipidomics workflow, the management of a huge amount of data and their understanding is also a challenging task, which includes the acquisition of metadata.

 There is no laboratory information management system specifically tailored for lipidomics, and they remain partially adapted from those designed for metabolomics, but web-based methods are available, especially in an environment of R programming languages.

Some workflow management systems have been designed as platforms with infrastructure to provide data analysis and algorithms that are appropriated for metabolomics.

Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining

 "Every cloud has a silver lining" is one of the invisible metaphors in the direst situation. One might give an eerie description that the scintillating brightness of the glowing Sun is hidden behind the overpowering darkness of the black clouds. However, this situation is said to happen once in a blue moon. The dark clouds are similar to the miseries in our lives. Life has provided us with two choices- hope or despair.

Let us consider an example. Some people are not gifted enough in their appearances, yet they are talented and have adroitness in them. But they chose despair over hope and to our dismay, they hide their imperfections in evil masks, covering their real looks and fail to be excel in this world of rat race.

Our lives are characterised by miseries, troubles, pain, concerns, difficulties and hardships. It is we, who have unparalleled and mind boggling ideas how to remove ourselves from the shackles of these dark clouds and head towards the glimmering ray of hope. When a small child has been separated from his parents or a small bird is unable to take its first flight, he somehow manages to overcome his sense of chaos and goes ahead. Therefore, even in that situation he could sense the silver lining. That is life-embrace it!

 My pen, my pen, my little pen;

You helped me enter the lion's den,

You made me write about the hen,

BLOGGING EXPERIENCE

 

''Happiness is a choice, not a result. Nothing will make you happy until you choose to be.'' The greatest adventure of life is to live a life that you dream to. Blogging has helped me reach glorious heights and culminated within me the seeds of flair of imagination. It has given me a new avenue and a plethora of exhilaration. It has enabled me to take an edge of the seat. This is a special day for me wishing me my ardor of writing to flourish more. Wow! It has been a year of writing blogs. 

Blog is more than a companion to me, which has given me a shoulder to rely upon. I feel just like yesterday since I set about writing, whereas it's already been a year. Stepping into the 1st year of writing experience, I have planned of many events to execute. I must acknowledge that this is a pleasant  beginning. I have discerned that my best days are arriving, this is the beginning of something great. With smile on my face,I have miles and miles to cover with undeterred vim and vigour . I  am seeking the exigency of all my voracious readers to grace me with your blessings that I get enormous expertise to write and unwrap the bewitching ideas and portray my views in a captivating manner. It was all your able guidance and unwavering support that has brought me till here and I am glad you all are behind me whenever I am in need of with your invincible inspiration and motivation. Please bestow me with your ceaseless kind words that melts my heart like lumps of honey. My thoughts of writing has not only been an introspection but it has also become a framework that I am tempted to follow. Writing a blog has taken a lot of effort from me to pen down my thoughts, which is quite admirable; but just like Life acts as an echo, whatever we do comes back in return. Love begets love, what we do in profuse quantity will be given back in a lavish amount. In similitude, writing a blog has evinced upon with the consonance of realities and fantasies of life. The music of rhythm it has created me in my mind is ever dynamic and cannot be ever forgotten. Whenever I write something, I lose myself to my work that I become consigned in oblivion. Anything I do or say would not be enough to appreciate the blogging website. May the rainbow of joy and delight spread in all my readers with unquenchable enthusiasm.

SORRY

We, the human beings are the ones who build new things with our inquisitive and inquiring mind. But during the discoveries sometimes mistakes might be committed by us. Indeed mistakes are the integral parts of one's life. They mould our future by making us understand what has to be done further. People regret by using the word SORRY. Indeed Sorry just seems to be a five letter word, but those five letters have deep meaning embedded in them. The word casts a spell to the listener. Someone might have hurt anyone unintentionally. They would tell I didn't want to hurt or upset you and would add upon I'm sorry for the incipient wound that my words have caused in your heart. 

That causes the amity between them. This kind of ephemeral wall of mutual distrust could be easily broken down by the word Sorry. The ultimate reconciliation by the detente of strained relationship is bound to happen. One day, a boy had broken the flower vase of his mother accidentally. The boy's mind was surrounded by clouds of grief. He was so immersed in sorrow that he couldn't react any further. He wrote a letter of apology to his mother. The mother's face glew with delight. She gave kind words of advice not to make this a recurring fallacy. Few years ago, I was travelling in a train. The weather was pleasant and it was covered with greenery as far as my eyes could see. Everything being in the state of order made me joyous. But it began raining suddenly and I couldn't see outside. I felt so SORRY to miss the admirable beauty of the world outside. Nowadays, the word Sorry is used in every domains of the world. That's why people say that we need to forget about the day before, but we need to live in today. 

Yesterday might have been filled with sorrowful moments and the changes people make after feeling guilty of their mistakes makes the current moments transform into memories, that reside in their heart for ages and ages. The melancholic mistakes are being replaced by thousands of dreamy fantasies, weaving their air-threads into woof. The poetic device symbolism can be used to portray the eternity and immortality of Sorry. I would like to throw light upon the fact that people need to forgive themselves first and when they reflect upon their wrongdoings, the world would look upto them by having forgiven them. There may be so many extra ordinary persons in this world, but there's no such person who didn't commit a mistake and feel sorry about it. In fact had they not regretted about their mistake, they couldn't have become as extraordinary as they are today. Indeed the oxymoronic words laboured acceptance can be self explanatory to the success of such extra ordinary men. The term laboured denotes trying to cope up with the mistake by feeling sorry and acceptance here means moving ahead. Sorry is said to be totipotent. That is, it has the capacity to act as a cementing layer by making up the broken bonds between people. I believe that things should be let go once they are discussed. Apology is bound to be accepted. The things should always be sought amicably. Thus Sorry can be defined to be an acronym of 'Some One really recognised his action towards you.' Sorry is the metaphor of the ocean of goodness. When we're unable to apologize, we need to look at ourselves in the mirror and not fall down in front of our own eyes. Then when we've accepted our own mistake, then the inner strength or resilience to be forgiven dawns upon us. After being forgiven, one could use the eight letter word THANK YOU. 

SELF ESTEEM

"We, the humans are the ones, who would build and constitute ourselves." We are independent, i.e., we don't take aid from anyone in our lives to accomplish any task in our life. It is the set of actions executed by us that best defines us. One always wants to live a dignified way of life. He wouldn't prefer to live in a place that has a dearth of dignity. Self esteem can indeed be defined as a driving force that would make us stand up against the injustice prevailing around us. It is a matter of fact that everyone abhors the society where they aren't respected. A self esteemed person will face all the greatest odds of life and desires to stand on his own leg at each and every phase of his life. Having respect for self and awareness about self are the keys to success in life. One would then be able to scrutinize and examine his strength and weakness. It is unfortunate that most of the citizens in our country are unaware of their rights. But once they would become aware, they being self esteemed in nature, would struggle for their rights. A self esteemed person always thinks that he does the best of all and he overlooks the possibility of him not being better. He displays generosity towards everyone, by helping others in their hour of need. A self esteemed person knows the activities that causes harm to him or puts him down. 

The main components for a person to be called as self esteemed are his belief that he can excel in certain task and he is admirable to others because of his thoughts and actions. He has sown the seeds within him that he has the power to do whatever he wants. He has set his own boundaries in his life that he would cross or not. He doesn't abide by the things that he feels to not have truth in it. If he feels that his rights have been taken away from him, then he sets his heart to take his rights back. He doesn't build any delusions in his life. He also doesn't believe in the very act of self deprecation to be beneficial. A self esteemed person doesn't fight for small and trivial issues that make no sense to him. It's said that one shouldn't break relationship, because relationship once broken is hard to reconcile. Similarly, trust once gone is difficult to muster or summon. Like ways, self esteem seems to be very fragile, it can be broken very easily, but it's very difficult to reconstruct it. Citing or taking insights from the example of a girl, who was well educated and aware of her rights and was self dignified, she saw the injustice prevailing against her; then her heart couldn't bypass that incident and it in turn made her fight against it. Hence, self esteem is a physical force that enables us to self monitor or examine ourselves and mend our ways for good. Self esteem can be categorized as inflated, high and low self esteem. One should never have low self esteem. Having low self esteem can lead the person to accept criticism that people make about him. He wouldn't be then able to understand his inner strength sparkling from within and he doesn't know his self worth. Hence, it is similar to epoch making to have self esteem in life, as it might bring changes in your life. A self esteemed person can fight against many hurdles and emerge victorious. How much one values himself would be how much he values others. A self esteemed person can hence manage his family and friends.

CHERISHING MOMENTS IN LIFE

 Our life is what our thoughts make it. It's the reflection of our fantasies and exultation. But life moves on posing lots of twists and turns. Such kinds of incidents will smolder(glow and hence purify) our mind. Time comes when we might lose our beloved ones. But one should not let him resolve weaken. The fact that lost things sometimes will not come back will make the man strong enough to live his life. One should move ahead to his destination, despite incurring such sorrows and miseries. But it would be quite rapturous when the lost ones come back. It's impossible to replace our love with the lost one with anyone or anything else. This is because life enables us to make relationships with many people with good times shared and amiability. Indeed anything similitude could also not make up the loss. When our beloved one comes back, we would feel delightful in sharing our previous cherished memories in our lifetime with them. One might think that coming back of lost one is the flight of fancy. But, on the contrary, it's practical indeed. Albeit, the person might not be with us and we might feel his absence, we have a bee in bonnet in expecting him to come back. When we lose someone, our world falls apart. When the lost one comes back, the purple haze, which was surrounding us with grief fades away from us. I always had an outlandish (strange) feeling that I'd lost my childhood days. But that's not the certitude indeed, those days are not lost. 

But I can visualize and perceive those days as an imagery through my memories. It means they've come back and they're staying with me and not fading away. Similarly, the renesance of something lost or our dearest ones will make our life happy. It indeed makes us rejoiced, rejuvenating and strengthen our minds and beliefs. It makes us recover from the toughest scenarios in one's life at any ounce of life. I indeed am grateful to be binded with my family members, who indeed would support me at every phase of my life. The period of post reconciliation with our lost ones is indeed quite captivating and enchanting. They add up a touch of euphoria and a situation of overjoying in one's life. The sweetest side of our life is that we might feel a person to be devoid at certain situation, but when we truly will them to come back, we would soon recognize their presence. It would be our triumph of our thoughts. One should always have a practical and pragmatic approach in life. Upon losing someone, he must learn to live without them; but with the love bestowed by them. Losing someone may not be due to God's paradise, but may be due to translocation of places like schools or colleges. Earth🌎 is spherical, so we'll really get a chance to meet them.

SIGNIFICANCE OF DREAMS

 

One's life is full of aspirations and hankering. What we dream is what we achieve. One as an individual always is ambitious to reach glorious heights in his life. There are many individuals who build castles in the sky. But I believe in fulfilling all my dreams, giving them a true essence, enabling me to sense a feeling of felicity. I'm blessed to have all my necessities with me in legion. During my childhood, as I had said, I had a deep desire to measure the intense heights of the sky, as if I were a bird. Now I had made it as a determination to pursue in my life. Similarly, one has to move heaven and earth, then only he would be able to overcome the greatest odds of life and reach the apogee in his life. Indeed, one is destined to do great things in life, whose existence might even not have been recognised by him. It is thus indispensable to dream in life. 

When we dream, we would be able to cognize and apprehend our potential. One would then be equipped to handle his priorities. Also whenever we're doing a new thing, which would yield the best results, one needs to overcome the fear and venture forth and he would realize that he was born with fabulous wings. Thus it becomes one's duty of utmost sincerity in life to sow the seeds of immense zeal within himself to achieve the milestone. My father has always imparted and impressed the reality of life that " There are thousands of miles to travel in life and each mile expounds us the best lessons of life." My father was the one who had explicated within me the true value of dreams, at every phase of my life. When one confronts the toughest impediments, he reaches his desired dream. 

One then undergoes leaps and bounds in his life. Hence, one needs to build a cake of dreams, which would be the special make of him. Speaking as an aspirant, one must always stack his memories and dreams in his life. One needs to be passionate, optimistic and persistent in life. It is said that "Mementos are a token of love. They help us to recollect our memories." Similarly, dreams also create an imagery in front of our eyes. Therefore always dream to aim high in life.

A WALK IN THE MOON LIGHT

 

It was a day when I had discerned myself to be solitary, when there was none to accompany me at my home. Has there been times when you felt lonely? What was the methodology adopted by you to overcome such situation?I developed within me a sense of feeling that the day was being tedious, where I'm in a scenario of doing nothing. I was distraught, when I was lost in the imagination of how the day would unfold further. All the hope was shattered by the cloud of despair. Then my conscious wasn't able to surpass the incident. As a child, I emerge with lots of desires, dreams and fantasies upon any adverse situations.Upon deep contemplation, I decided to wander out in the moonlight. "Albeit, I was all alone; I didn't feel the region to be prone."I embarked to walk as the darkness commenced. I relished each and every nick of the second. At that point of juncture, I realised that it's we who have the prowess to make merry even from the hardships in our life. Each phase of our life as a peregrination evinces us the smallest of lessons from the tome of life. That day, I felt immense joy that one as a child, could say might have never experienced in my life.

"As rain could wash away everything, similarly even the paleness of moonlight had washed away the dejection that day. " Walking in moonlight elevates our spirit, enlivens our soul and rejuvenates our mind. The scene was extremely captivating, that it made me to stand astonished without words to express the nature's beauty. It was pleasant to see the jasmines bloom in the presence of moon and the picturesque scenes all around. Indeed, in my views, the ethereal sights, scenes and sounds of nature are enchanting. A walk in the moonlight touched upon my conscience and I was greatly moved by that incident that day. The tranquility over there gave my mind a sense of peace. It would have been even more rapturous and added a feel of euphoria, if you all would've been with me at that place!!!

NEW YEAR EVE

                                                                                                                                                                                                         

       This is the beginning of a new day. What ever we do today enhances our future. The day of the new year indeed is the day of felicity in one's life, for it reminds us of the vivid memories of the previous years that flash in our mind. On the auspicious day of the New year eve, we endeavoured to recollect our memories from the various phases of our lives. All of us shared our exhilaration from the time when we're growing from a small bud to a flower. I and my friends filled up the day with many games and excitement. New year adds a touch of many more memories in our lives. The meaning of new year stands different for different people of varying ages in certain degree. The tiny tots enjoy the new year in a different manner, while the elders in other. We kids too had wonderful celebration of new year. We gave a gift to each other. It gave me, my friends and my sister immense pleasure to unwrap the surprises. We embellished our house with balloons and distributed sweets to our neighbours. This new year is indeed welcoming the various pleasures that we might have missed the previous years of our life. All the years have some precious significance in my life and this year too I would leave no stones unturned in seeking for the joyous moments in life. I indeed feel that this new year will provide us with many smile as though travelling in River Nile. 

This new year too, I've developed within me many dreams and aspirations that would definitely be fulfilled. If I were a bird, I would have flew the intense heights of sky. Similarly, as a kid, I would do all the best things that I can do. I always wish that humanity should flourish and develop with virtues such as kindness, which I've already inculcated from many. The new year eve indeed provided a revitalizing and invigorating feeling, that could never be forgotten by me as an individual. Each and every year might look ordinary, but the actions that we do and the way we see it makes it extraordinary and a remarkable one. The passing of the year was like the beginning of dawn from dusk. The ending of the year of 2020 and the beginning of the year of 2021 was marked by the fabulous cake cutting event, which indeed suffused the atmosphere with joy and was indeed a heart touching moment for me...

MY DESIRE AS A CHILD

 

 "Each and every child has his own aspirations and desires in life." A child fills his childhood with the sweetest and cherishing memories in his life. I remember those days, when my mother held my hand, making me feel a strong sense of security. She was the one who fed me food when I was small. She, along with my father were responsible in creating a friendly and amiable atmosphere for me. According to my sister, I provided her a parental care and affection. It fills my mind with a sense of ectasy, when my parents bought me the loveliest of gifts for me. They bought me the things of necessity in life and were the main reasons behind moulding me and shaping my future. I am indeed a model of my lovely parents, who can shape me as per my desire. I am happy and satisfied with whatever life has provided me. I would always like to venture into the world of imagination, where I would go back to my childhood and bring out small recounts from my childhood. My childhood is indeed a memorable one, which is made up of moments of enormous depth in my life. My childhood memories always stay in my heart. Whenever someone asks me about my dream in life as a child, I stand rigid and say them that, "I always dream of being a small child, so that I can enjoy each and every smallest incidents in life."

When I was small, my life was free, without any source of tension. As a child, I had a deep desire to touch the glorious heights of the sky, by measuring it, by flying as a bird. Now, I feel that my deepest desire of my childhood has been fulfilled by my parents, due to whom I feel that I am coming out with flying colours in my life. Sometimes, when my parents found me pondering over the past, they find me inconsolable. But I became conscious of the fact that days once gone cannot be brought back once again through any means.  I, too,give acceptance to the present, since it is also worthful to be kept in mind for ages in my life. I used to roam hither and thither in my childhood and my parents used to catch me. So, I would always appreciate the fantasies in my life, as a child and a boy. They are indeed vivid and distinct from each other. The moments are quite captivating.

LIVING INSIDE LOCK

 

As silver rays of moonlight, glisten off lakes,

A purple haze is all around, that nature makes,

Birds and butterflies around,

Kids laughing and moving around....

But now, nature has provided with a challenge,

Which the mankind will surely overcome,

But what we can do is just patience,

Why has our life become a struggle?

Every story has an end,

So even this....

RE-STRENGTHENING THE MIND POST PANDEMIC

 “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to the change.” These are the words of Charles Darwin. Life is a combination of both the happiest and the toughest times. In the toughest times, we need to realize the existence of the opportunities for our betterment, we should look at the positive aspects of life. Tough times, such as this, are inevitable in life, but one should compose his mind. What we do today enhances our future. Happiness can be seen even in the darkest of times, if one remembers to turn on the light. So, now it is our duty to strengthen our mind to struggle against the pandemic and emerge victorious against it.

Changes can be made step by step. We need to adapt ourselves to the changes. The way that we had accepted the lockdown situation, similarly we need to accept the changes occurring post pandemic. As a student, I miss my friends and my teachers, so I too like other students had developed a desire to go to my school. So, instead of stopping ourselves from going to school, we need to take some precautions and start going to schools. Our parents for economical reasons are also going to the offices and it’s working well since now. These are extraordinary times and we need extraordinary measures. In India, home-learning on a large scale will be a challenge, essentially because of non-availability of equipment and network-connectivity issues and the fact that parents may not be in a position to facilitate home-learning. We won’t get the same happiness that we get while going to school. Some practical things that can be done are: Cleaning and sanitizing the classrooms and areas where children converge regularly; increasing the medical staff and counsellors in schools; planning a new school calendar where any event with large gatherings of students/parents is avoided. Students should be made to enjoy a sense of academic freedom, which they would have missed in the restricted confines of their homes.

The attempt to achieve difficult goals requires a certain dedication. In this sense, engagement in sport represents a perfectionist way of life. Since, we hadn’t played with our friends for many months and missed many activities and lost few days of productivity, we need to restrengthen our mind and we should create a situation that would enable us to feel that we had restored a sense of normalcy and gained back those old glorious days.

I would like to conclude my essay by saying that, “The Secret of change is to focus all of your energy is to building the new.” We need to recalibrate back into our activities. "Everything we do before a pandemic will seem alarmist. Everything we do after a pandemic will seem inadequate. This is the dilemma we face, but it should not stop us from doing what we can to prepare. We need to reach out to everyone with words that inform, but not inflame. We need to encourage everyone to prepare, but not panic."

SOLUTION OF THE LOCK

 

Earth is our home. We, the people have made many researches to make our Earth the best home for all the living organisms. But in an alarming rate, we have to confront many difficulties and hardships. Firstly, we are facing the difficulty of increase in blue colour of the earth. The green colour is slowly vanishing due to large scale deforestation. Likeways, now the mankind is coming pace with the difficulties of the lockdown.

 Difficulties are like great stones which can only be removed by persistence and hardwork. The indomitable will of the entire community is significant. Being locked at home is like a bird in a cage. A bird always desires freedom, but it is not so easy to acquire. People will feel bored without any work, if it persists recklessly. This situation is nothing less than our past. In our past, people do not step out from homes at nights, because they lacked certain kinds of technology. But they did not lose their hope, they continuously worked on it and because of them we are able to lead a good life. They had gifted us a new lease of life different from theirs. Similarly, we should also leave no stones unturned in finding the prevention for this virus.

 When we are at home, it doesn't mean that our mind has been blocked. This situation is a contrast to the other problems, because this one has a lock for people, which lacks a key. I, as a student, miss my school days, but as a responsible citizen, I remember about the contribution that I have to do for my nation. This is not the time to become disheartened, but this is a time to spend with utmost importance. This pandemic has provided us with a great opportunity to learn many fascinating things, by using our ideologies. There are many places in different countries of the world, which once stood as scenic beauty, but now places had lost their charm (glory) in front of us. They are not our prime necessity.

                       When one is going through life's valley and think there is no way out, one should change his perspective of thinking. There should always be a ray of hope. This is life- a game, which we need to play and win. So, this situation will pass away if we take few preventive measures and work in co- ordination. We can then soar high in the sky as a free bird. Now several preventive measures are being taken to make our life easier, i.e., to live a life by changing our mind after the pandemic. We have to mend our ways to make the world a safer place to live in. The efforts have to be made from each and every citizen, as one individual can also contribute to a significant change. We are now finding a key for the lock that has closed us inside our homes and had made us all live our life into an imaginative world, thereby, not allowing us to fulfil our dreams, but we are striving hard to live a life similar to our earlier days. This seems to be a big setback for the mankind, but we can change anything through acceptance. We had accepted what nature had given us since many days and that now we need to mould the situations as per our necessities. We should make sure that the grandeur of our dreams should not be suppressed due to any invisible factor, but we should always rise higher amidst any tough situations. One needs to make sure that he can deprive pleasure even from the pointless situations of life.

MY BIRTHDAY

 

The most awaited day has now come in my life. This day indeed stands as a metaphor in my life. This day, indeed reminds me of the various cherished moments in my life. I am caught up by the wordly pleasures. On this day, 15 years ago, came along with me my little twin sister, who has bestowed a lot of love and care upon me. I feel blessed to be showered by the unending love of my parents. It is indeed a rare bliss for me today and I feel lucky enough to celebrate my day with my dearest sister and no one else would have been equipped with this loveliest opportunity in their life. And who so happy- as me and my sister? This day brings me the recounts of my childhood memories with a person who stands by me in each and every phase of my life. My parents always provide me with their unwavering support. They are the persons behind making this day a wonderful day for me, which will be worthy enough to be remembered ever in my life. House decorated with balloons, filling my heart with happiness. Sometimes, it makes me say my heart can't hold much more happiness evinced upon me. It's a day, when I and my lovable sister call our friends and cut the cake in the evening. It indeed makes me happy to say how gifted I am to have such friends who care a lot about me and they wish HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Those words of them make me fly of happiness. More than that, their gifts and surprises, make me happy. My birthday is made up of many small incidents, which might look simple, but are of deep importance in my life.

At last, I would like to wish my sister the best wishes on our birthday, along with a desire to spend each and every second of my life with her. She's the one, who fills the place of best friend in my life, by giving me a shoulder to rely upon. I am out of words to express my feelings on this day...
